Senior Vice President of Business Development



Tom is a polished business development executive with over 15-years experience leading business development in large and small organizations. With a successful track record of driving profitable revenue growth across international markets, Tom has regularly exceeded corporate revenue and margin goals while building strong sales teams, and growing channel partners, strategic accounts and alliances. 

Tom brings a strong knowledge of technology trends, SaaS, and wireless systems, combined with an entrepreneurial, action-oriented style in meeting customer needs. 

Most recently Tom served as Vice President of Business Development for Boingo, where he oversaw sales and revenue generation efforts for DAS, Small Cells, Wi-Fi Networks, and Loyalty / Benefit Platforms across carrier customers, channel partners and strategic accounts. These efforts included major venues like stadiums and airports, as well as with global brands.

  • Business Development Director at AT&T Wireless, responsible for the establishment of third-party distribution
        channels within local markets and across national retailers. 
  • Business Development Director at fastmobile, focusing on North American, APAC and EMEA carrier sales
  • Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Jentro Technologies, a mobile navigation software provider serving
        carriers, PND partners and content providers based in Munich, Germany.
  • Strategic Alliance and Business Development Director at Smith Micro Software, establishing a global channel
        partner and strategic account strategy within Wi-Fi/Policy, M2M and Mobile Messaging ecosystem.


Tom holds a BA degree from Purdue University and completed graduate level executive education programs in Finance and Marketing at the University of Chicago.
